We are an independent consulting practice providing evidence-based advisory, applied research, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning services in social protection, gender, and social inclusion. Our work supports institutions in designing, implementing, and strengthening policies and programs that promote equity, effectiveness, and sustainability.

The founder has worked with government institutions and diverse professional audiences, including engagement on anti-trafficking policy and protection of vulnerable populations.

Her background includes training and capacity-building for multidisciplinary professionals, applied analytical work, and academic teaching in psychology and related fields. This experience informs an approach that combines technical rigor with practical, systems-focused solutions.
